Artist Statement:

Jane Anne was born and raised in North Ogden, Utah to artistic parents who instilled in their children a love of, and appreciation for, the beauty of nature. She graduated with a degree in Design from Brigham Young University and has now combined her love of nature with her landscape paintings. She and her husband live in American Fork, Utah and are the parents of four children and 7 grandchildren, with 2 on the way.

Since University, Jane Anne has studied with Rob Adamson, Ken Spencer, Ron Rencher, Kimball Geilser, Josh Clare, and David Dibble. She took first place in the Spring City Plein Air Competition 2018, and other local plein air competitions.

“During the stillness of the early morning, and the warmth of the eventing light, I feel especially grateful to be a part of God’s creations. It is that feeling I hope to portray and honor in my paintings.”
